Hi Everyone! I’m Jess and I am the Youth Engagement Facilitator at Wellkin, for Elgin County. I have 3 little kiddos and mental wellness is always at the top of my priority list! Engaging youth in our community has always been a passion of mine. Youth and adults often look at things through different lenses. By encouraging youth to use their voice, giving them the tools they need to advocate for themselves and helping them build on their current strengths, I am able to bridge the gap between youth and adults. The youth I partner with are an inspiration within our community and continue to influence positive mental wellness!
