Barry Fellinger is currently the Director of Community Health Services for West Elgin Community Health Centre overseeing the organization’s five community teams. Prior to that, he was employed by ConnexOntario Health Services Information in the roles of both Manager of Information and Referral Services for the Mental Health Helpline and Director of Project Management. Barry also held the role of Executive Director of the Crest Centre, (now Crest Support Services) a rural agency which provides housing and vocational services for those with serious mental health issues and developmental challenges.
Barry possesses a Bachelor of Theology degree and Human Resource & Project Management Certificates through Fanshawe College. He also annually teaches a Foundations of Leadership Development Course for Western University’s Continuing Studies Department. Barry and his wife Beth reside in St. Thomas Ontario and keep themselves busy outside of work with their adult children and three very active grandchildren who reside in London.
