Hello! I am the youth engagement facilitator for Oxford County. I am the proud mama to my son and my fur baby German Shepard. Together, we enjoy being outside, listening to the sounds of nature, and going on new adventures. Striving to be well and speaking up for the things I find important is at the core of my values. This is something I encourage all people to do, especially youth! I work to support youth in speaking their truths and encouraging adults to uphold the youth voice to better community mental wellness.
