Program Description
One-Stop Talk / Parlons maintenant (OST/PM) is a free, virtual counselling program providing seamless access to child and youth mental health services across Ontario. Serving as a single entry point for children and youth aged 0 to 17, OST/PM connects clients with registered and experienced therapists from our agency and a province-wide network of infant, child, and youth mental health providers.
The program offers immediate, flexible support for any mental health concern, focusing on one issue at a time, while enabling repeated access as needed. Sessions are conducted virtually via audio or video call and include co-creation of a personalized plan with the therapist. Additional navigation services ensure children and youth are connected to appropriate ongoing supports close to their home. OST/PM also provides dedicated Francophone therapists and interpretation services in over 200 languages, including ASL, to ensure accessibility and inclusivity.
